Talent Businesses are Invited to the Talent Business Forum on Nov 19: Share Ideas, Solve Challenges!

Calling all Talent Businesses! Join us at the Talent Business Forum and Brainstorming Workshop hosted by the Talent Business Alliance!


This event will bring together our community of Talent business owners for an evening of inspiration, networking, and creative problem-solving.

Location:Talent Community Center - 104 E. Main St, Talent OR.


Keynote Speakers: We’re excited to feature three keynote speakers who will share updates on local initiatives, grant programs, and future destination planning for Talent.

  • Cecelia Bagnoli: Destination and Tourism Strategic Planner & RARE Member with the Talent Business Alliance


Brainstorming Workshop: Your experiences and ideas matter! After the keynote speakers, join us for a discussion about current challenges and brainstorm innovative solutions for 2025 and beyond.


Refreshments: Delicious refreshments provided by Gather Cafe will be available starting at 5:30 pm!

Gary Milliman - City Manager with the City of Talent

Gary Milliman will be sharing information about the $4.6 million grant that the City of Talent secured through the Planning, Infrastructure and Economic Revitalization (PIER) program. He will also discuss next steps for the implementation of the West Valley View Plan Upgrade and Revitalization Project, including the Gateway mixed use project.


Malcolm Voyager - Revolving Loan Fund Project Manager with the Illinois Valley Community Development Organization (IVCanDO)

Malcolm Voyager will be sharing information about the PIER Programming that IVCanDO was awarded in May. He will discuss the grants and loan funding coming to Jackson County for fire-affected micro-enterprises, how to qualify, and how to get important funding updates.


Cecelia Bagnoli - Destination and Tourism Strategic Planner & RARE Member with the Talent Business Alliance

Destination Strategic Planning: Cecelia Bagnoli is new to the Talent Business Alliance team! She will be giving an overview of the new Destination and Tourism Strategic Planning program scope of work and long-term objectives.
